The Family Wellness Center offers corporate and small business workshops to support a healthy workforce. Staff learn relationship dynamics in the workplace, how to advance interpersonal skills, manage stress and anger effectivelly, resolve conflicts,.

Corporate health seminars will: help employees feel better about their positions, improve administrative-staff relationships, increase work production, improve attendance, minimize inter-office conflict, and help retain employees long-term.
